Responsibility
? Define requirements specification for motors with Product management department.
? Collaborate with suppliers/partner for new product portfolio of Motors development (Asynchronous motors, synchronous motors.).
? Design to cost /product care activity after new product released.
? Technical Support for other function Headquarters, Center of Competence, Customer Services, Assembly shopfloor, etc.
? Components care related on motor side (Brake, encoder, inverter.).
? Technical support for Motor relevant Certificate

Your profile.
? Bachelor or above with over 3 more years working experience; Electrical related majors.
? Good knowledge of motors, not only technical focusing but product application as well
? New Product Introduction, Product Lifecycle Management experiences, geared motors experience preferred.
? Powerful sense of responsibility, excellent communication skill, learning ability and teamwork spirit.
? Fluency in English or German is preferred.
