崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃、組織公司相關(guān)的海洋工程設(shè)施的運(yùn)輸和安裝工作,確保各項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量達(dá)到要求。
2. 協(xié)助各項(xiàng)目組制定運(yùn)輸安裝的實(shí)施策略和方案,以及內(nèi)外部資源的配置,確保從設(shè)計(jì)到交付的全周期管理。
3. 協(xié)助各項(xiàng)目組實(shí)施海上或陸上的運(yùn)輸安裝作業(yè),確保符合相關(guān)的安全規(guī)定和程序。
4. 協(xié)調(diào)與客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)的溝通,確保了解項(xiàng)目需求和客戶期望,并且及時(shí)響應(yīng)和解決問題。
5. 管理監(jiān)控公司所有項(xiàng)目與運(yùn)輸安裝有關(guān)的預(yù)算和成本控制。建立合適的內(nèi)外部報(bào)告制度,維護(hù)相關(guān)的過程文件,包括運(yùn)輸計(jì)劃、安全記錄、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度報(bào)告等。
6. 負(fù)責(zé)組織建設(shè)公司與運(yùn)輸安裝相關(guān)的管理體系,建立和維護(hù)運(yùn)輸安裝服務(wù)的資源庫(kù)和生態(tài)圈。
7. 持續(xù)監(jiān)督和評(píng)估運(yùn)輸和安裝過程中的績(jī)效,并且提出改進(jìn)建議和措施,以優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行效率和質(zhì)量。
任職要求:
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷,海洋工程、物流管理、船舶運(yùn)營(yíng)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先;
2. 具備海上浮式生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)(或海上設(shè)施)安裝或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域至少5年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備運(yùn)輸和安裝管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. 具備良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠有效管理供應(yīng)商、客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的關(guān)系;
4. 具備出色的問題解決能力和緊急應(yīng)對(duì)能力,能夠在復(fù)雜環(huán)境下保持冷靜并快速做出決策;
5. 熟悉國(guó)際海洋工程相關(guān)法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具備出色的安全意識(shí)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力;

Job Title: Transportation and Installation Manager
Job Overview:
The Transportation and Installation Manager at the Development and Operations Department is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the transportation, installation, and related operations of facilities in marine engineering projects. They coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning and organizing the transportation and installation of marine engineering facilities, ensuring that all project schedules and quality requirements are met.
2. Assist project teams in developing implementation strategies and plans for transportation and installation, as well as the allocation of internal and external resources, ensuring full-cycle management from design to delivery.
3. Assist project teams in implementing transportation and installation operations at sea or on land, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures.
4. Coordinate communication with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and customer expectations, and promptly address and resolve issues.
5. Manage and monitor budgets and cost control for all projects related to transportation and installation. Establish appropriate internal and external reporting systems, and maintain relevant process documents, including transportation plans, safety records, and project progress reports.
6. Responsible for organizing and constructing the company's transportation and installation management system, establishing and maintaining a resource pool and ecosystem for transportation and installation services.
7. Continuously monitor and evaluate performance during transportation and installation processes, and propose improvement suggestions and measures to optimize project execution efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in marine engineering, logistics management, ship operations, or related fields preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in FPSO/FLNG offshore mooring system installation project management or related fields, with experience in transportation and installation management.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations, maintaining composure and making swift decisions in complex environments.
5. Familiarity with international marine engineering regulations and standards, with excellent safety awareness and risk management capabilities.
6. Proficient in office software and project management tools, capable of effective project planning and execution.
7. Good English communication skills, able to effectively communicate and negotiate with international suppliers and clients.
8. Strong team management and leadership skills, capable of guiding teams to work together to achieve project objectives.
