Key Responsibilities: 1. Undergo approximately one month of systematic training at the Chengdu headquarters to gain an in-depth understanding of company products, business processes, and corporate culture. 2. Travel to various overseas locations to supervise localized business operations, ensuring the standardized implementation of the entire process, including sales, on-site surveys, installation, and marketing. 3. Provide technical and business training to local staff, ensuring their mastery of company standard operating procedures and service norms. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overseas business activities align with the strategic objectives of the headquarters. 5. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize the training system to enhance the overall capability of the overseas teams. 6. Build a cultural and business communication bridge between the headquarters and overseas teams, returning to Chengdu regularly for reporting and debriefing. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, 2. Experience in training, field operations, or business development is required. Experience in the PV/energy storage/smart hardware/new energy industry is preferred. 3. Fluent in English, capable of handling business communication and conducting training sessions. 4. Proficiency in a second foreign language (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Polish, Uzbek, Russian, etc.) is a plus. 5. Willingness to undertake high-frequency global travel (approximately 70% travel time) and adapt to the arrangement of regular returns to Chengdu for reporting. 6. Strong cross-cultural adaptability, communication skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.
