Main Tasks& Responsibility:
1. Support conducting technical standard analysis and implementation adaptation work.
2. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration during the development phase, and promote efficient problem closure and demand synchronization.
3. Be responsible for the organization and scheduling of technical meetings, agenda coordination and minutes preparation to ensure effective cross-team communication.
4. Participate in the compilation, revision and standardized management of core documents such as technical documents and material standards.
5.Undertake the collection, classification and filing, version update and sharing management of technical standard documents.
6.Cooperate to complete other technical support and team collaboration tasks during the development process.
Job Requirements:
1.A bachelor's degree or above in engineering or other related majors is preferred.
2. 2 years of working experience in the technical field; prior experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
3.Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication.
4.Strong logical thinking skills, along with the ability to analyze and solve problems in a systematic manner.
5.Experienced project coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
