職位描述
合同事務(wù)集團公司外資企業(yè)
崗位職責(zé)：
1、 協(xié)助起草、審核、修訂公司各類合同及法律文件；
2、 負責(zé)合同管理包括但不限于合同、信函和其他法律文件；
3、 協(xié)助跟進訴訟、仲裁案件，準備證據(jù)材料、對接律師及跟進案件進展；
4、 收集、整理與公司業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)、政策及案例，提供法律研究支持；
5、 參與內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)會議及外部商務(wù)談判會議，提供法律及商務(wù)支持；
6、 協(xié)助公司日常行政事務(wù)的協(xié)調(diào)與執(zhí)行；
7、 協(xié)助上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)處理所有法律事務(wù)和其他臨時工作。
任職資格：
1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷，法律專業(yè)，通過國家法律職業(yè)資格考試；
2、 熟悉國內(nèi)及香港《民法》、《公司法》、《建筑法》、《知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法》及等相關(guān)的法律；
3、 具有良好的語言和文字表達能力和較強的分析、解決問題的能力；
4、 具有優(yōu)秀的英語聽說讀寫能力，可以作為工作語言；
5、 歡迎應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。
