報(bào)關(guān)退稅貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口貨運(yùn)/物流/倉儲
崗位職責(zé)： 1、負(fù)責(zé)審核供應(yīng)商的出貨資料，確保出貨信息與訂單保持一致； 2、負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口貨物的單證審核、申報(bào)、清關(guān)及商檢事宜，核查填制的報(bào)關(guān)單是否與客戶提供的資料相符； 3、負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)供應(yīng)商、報(bào)關(guān)行的工作，跟蹤報(bào)關(guān)流程，定時(shí)匯報(bào)上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報(bào)關(guān)進(jìn)度； 4、負(fù)責(zé)對接物流公司，合理規(guī)劃運(yùn)輸路線，追蹤貨物清關(guān)狀態(tài)，解決各環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)的異常問題； 5、負(fù)責(zé)了解國家進(jìn)出口、海關(guān)、商檢以及稅務(wù)相關(guān)政策，協(xié)助報(bào)稅和退稅等工作； 6、負(fù)責(zé)回收相關(guān)單證，完整保存進(jìn)出口文件； 7、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它任務(wù)。 任職資格： 1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、物流管理、供應(yīng)鏈管理等專業(yè)； 2、3年以上進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有英語讀寫能力優(yōu)先考慮； 3、熟悉進(jìn)出口操作流程，有運(yùn)輸、報(bào)關(guān)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對減免稅政策及申請流程有一定了解； 4、具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)和溝通能力，工作細(xì)致認(rèn)真，可承受一定的工作壓力； 5、熟悉Word、Excel等辦公軟件，掌握互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和企業(yè)辦公管理系統(tǒng)的操作。
