職責描述 1. 參與編制施工計劃時間聯(lián)合會審和施工設計圖紙交底和會審工作； 2. 能夠熟悉掌握國家的法律法規(guī)及有關工程造價的管理規(guī)定； 3. 合同管理以及招投標； 4. 負責審核設計圖紙，參與圖紙會審并提出問題； 5. 負責項目施工圖預算編制及成本測算； 6. 根據(jù)現(xiàn)場設計變更和簽證及時調整預算； 7. 審核分包進度款，分包結算款，入場材料成本控制，整理工程成本數(shù)據(jù)； 8. 能與其他相關公司進行項目協(xié)調與溝通； 9. 負責成本控制及制作竣工結算清單，聯(lián)合相關部門完成項目驗收工作； 10. 負責工程造價的經(jīng)濟分析，及時完成工程決算資料的歸檔； 11. 負責竣工結算資料的收集、整理； 12. 完成領導交辦的各項臨時性工作。 任職要求: 1. 本科及以上學歷，工程造價管理相關專業(yè)； 2. 了解香港及熟悉國內工程材料價格； 3. 熟悉工程圖紙、掌握相關材料價格變化； 4. 熟練運用 office 、 CAD 及各類計價、算量軟件；
