崗位職責(zé)： 1、服從主管工作安排，按照操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和維護(hù)計(jì)劃，對設(shè)備進(jìn)行巡檢、維修和保養(yǎng)，確保設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行，并做好相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)記錄。 2、能夠主導(dǎo)本崗位短期預(yù)防性維護(hù)計(jì)劃制定和執(zhí)行，及時(shí)完成維修工作，能快速判斷并排除設(shè)備故障，不能解決的及時(shí)反饋。 3、積極參加公司相關(guān)培訓(xùn)和活動，掌握安全、質(zhì)量、環(huán)境與食品安全法律法規(guī)基本知識，能夠及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)異常并處理。 4、熟悉設(shè)備操作規(guī)程，能夠獨(dú)立完成設(shè)備參數(shù)的初始化，并能夠根據(jù)不同的情形進(jìn)行設(shè)備的設(shè)定和調(diào)整。 5、做好設(shè)備及工作區(qū)域的5S清潔工作，保證工作環(huán)境良好。 6、完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。 任職要求： 1、學(xué)歷：大專及其以上學(xué)歷，給排水/機(jī)械/電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 2、經(jīng)驗(yàn)：5年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉基本機(jī)械、電氣原理，具備飲料行業(yè)相關(guān)崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 3、個人技能： -持有相關(guān)操作證書者優(yōu)先（如電工證等）。 -具備一定的設(shè)備故障分析、判斷、解決的能力。 -較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、執(zhí)行力和學(xué)習(xí)能力。 4、其他：接受倒班工作制。 Responsibilities: 1. Obey thesupervisor's work arrangements, conduct inspections, repaires and maintenanceof equipment according to SOP and maintenance plans, ensure normal operation of the equipment and keep relevant records. 2. Be able to lead the formulation and implementation of short-term preventive maintenance plans for the position, complete the maintenance work in time, quickly judge and eliminate equipment faults, and timely feedback the unresolved probles. 3.Actively participate in the company related training and activities, master the basic knowledge of safety, quality, environment and food safety law and regulations, and be able to find and handle abnormalities timely. 4. Familar with equipment operatin procedures, eligible to initialize equipment parameters independently, set and adjust equipment according to different situations. 5. Qulification: Education: college degree or above, major in water supply and drainage, mechanical, electrical is preferred. Work experience:5 years of the same position, familiar with basic mechanical andelectrical principles, having the experience in beverage industry is preferred.
