1. You will Responsible for analyzing and judging process quality issues, tracking the

2. You will (Combining TOP/Implementation projects) Lead PFMEA and PFMEA living,（結(jié)合TOP/Implementation項目）Lead PFMEA與PFMEA living，做好質(zhì)量風(fēng)險識別，將風(fēng)險控制在未發(fā)生狀態(tài)；
identify quality risks and Control the risk to a non occurring state;;
3. You will Lead process quality control/inspection plan, output quality control plan
and quality card;Lead生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量控制/檢查計劃，輸出質(zhì)量控制計劃與質(zhì)量跟蹤卡；
4. You will Drive Lesson learning and conduct Quality Observation Tour (QOT) for quality cases; 質(zhì)量案例Lesson learn， QOT；
5. You will Management and analysis of quality data, establishment of quality
improvement projects, and monthly rolling updates. 質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)的管理及分析，成立質(zhì)量改進(jìn)項目并按月滾動更新
1. Bachelor degree or above ; 統(tǒng)招本科及以上，機(jī)械/電氣/英語相關(guān)專業(yè)背景
2. More than 5 years of experience in research and development,
process, and quality related to high/medium voltage products, familiar with
high voltage power equipment, and proficient in quality analysis methods; 5年以上高壓/中壓產(chǎn)品研發(fā)，工藝，質(zhì)量相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，熟悉高壓電力設(shè)備，熟悉質(zhì)量分析方法
3. Sense of responsibility, patience, organizational and
coordination skills, ability to handle pressure, and willingness to learn
quickly;責(zé)任心，耐心，組織協(xié)調(diào)能力及抗壓能力，有快速學(xué)習(xí)的能力和意愿
4. Adaptability and flexibility, able to handle multiple tasks and
constantly changing priorities;適應(yīng)性和靈活性，能夠處理多任務(wù)和不斷變化的優(yōu)先級
5. Excellent computer software skill (word/excel/PPT);熟練使用辦公自動化軟件
6. Good English communication skills and a background in
high-voltage electrical power technology; 具備熟練的英語交流能力，高壓組合電器工藝背景優(yōu)先
