日常工作職責(zé)：
Routine Job Responsibility:
1. 協(xié)助部門(mén)主管進(jìn)行以下工作：
Assist the department head in the following tasks:
1) 負(fù)責(zé)廠(chǎng)區(qū)安全的檢查（單船、車(chē)間），主要包括：人員勞護(hù)佩戴、交叉作業(yè)、人員違章情況、危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的存放、腳手架的搭設(shè)安全、安全員工作質(zhì)量、環(huán)境衛(wèi)生考核等；
Responsible for the inspection of factory safety (including single ship and workshop), mainly including: PPE, cross operation, personnel violation, storage of dangerous chemicals, scaffolding safety, the quality of Coordinator's work, environmental health assessment, etc.
2) 協(xié)助部門(mén)主管建立有效的質(zhì)量管理體系，參與、指導(dǎo)和支持員工將質(zhì)量管理體系的要求整合到組織業(yè)務(wù)流程中，以促進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理體系的有效性，并達(dá)到預(yù)期效果。
Establish an effective quality management system, participate in, guide, and support employees to integrate the requirements of the quality management system into the organizational business processes, in order to promote the effectiveness of the quality management system and achieve the desired results.
3) 負(fù)責(zé)廠(chǎng)區(qū)衛(wèi)生的檢查；
Responsible for inspecting the hygiene conditions within the factory area.
4) 組織公司應(yīng)急預(yù)案的修訂；
Organize the revision of the company's emergency response plan.
5) 負(fù)責(zé)督促各部門(mén)進(jìn)行安全交底；
Responsible for urging each department to conduct safety briefings.
6) 負(fù)責(zé)參加政府會(huì)議；
Responsible for attending government meetings.
7) 負(fù)責(zé)督促?gòu)S內(nèi)安全隱患的整改；
Responsible for urging the rectification of potential safety hazards within the factory.
8) 負(fù)責(zé)廠(chǎng)內(nèi)在崗員工的安全教育培訓(xùn)（三級(jí)安全教育、在崗員工安全教育）；
Responsible for the safety education and training of employees on the job within the factory (including three-level safety education and on-the-job safety education).
9) 負(fù)責(zé)公司的防汛抗臺(tái)工作；
Responsible for the company's flood prevention and typhoon resistance work.
2. 完成上級(jí)安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
安全管理職責(zé)：
HSE Management Responsibility:
1. 更新健康、安全和環(huán)境手冊(cè)，并跟進(jìn)安全委員會(huì)或相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)的建議。
Update the health, safety, and environment manual, and follow up on the recommendations of the safety committee or relevant organizations.
2. 定期HSE部門(mén)審核，以檢查安全、健康目標(biāo)的完成情況和對(duì)安全健康手冊(cè)、程序和操作規(guī)程的改進(jìn)情況。
Conduct regular HSE department audits to check the progress of safety and health objectives and improvements to the safety and health manual, procedures, and operating instructions.
3. 匯報(bào)所有需報(bào)告的事故給內(nèi)部的相關(guān)人員和外部的相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)。
Report all reportable accidents to relevant internal personnel and external agencies.
4. 與職業(yè)健康監(jiān)督部門(mén)一起處理職業(yè)健康和工業(yè)疾病危害的事宜
Work with occupational health supervision departments to handle matters related to occupational health and industrial disease hazards.
