日常工作職責(zé)：

1. 配備齊全的勞護用品，進行每日早晨安全例會，在工作之前召開工作風(fēng)險評估會議。

2. 根據(jù)每個項目的生產(chǎn)進度要求，制定各小組的工作計劃。
Develop work plans for each team based on the production schedule requirements of each project.
3. 參加每天的項目協(xié)調(diào)會議及每周的項目會議。
Participate in daily project coordination meetings and weekly project meetings.
4. 檢查生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)進度，發(fā)現(xiàn)、解決現(xiàn)場遇到的問題。

5. 監(jiān)督各組自檢情況，檢查設(shè)備安裝后的保護情況。
Supervise the self-inspection of each team and inspect the protection status after equipment installation.
6. 協(xié)調(diào)其他部門工作，及時解決問題。

7. 監(jiān)督、配合承包商工作（進度、質(zhì)量）。
Supervise and cooperate with the contractor's work (progress, quality).
8. 對下屬工作進行安全評估。
Conduct safety assessments of subordinate work.
9. 材料的統(tǒng)計與控制。
Material inventory and control.
10. 每周遞交項目進展報告，工時匯總。
Submit weekly project progress reports and summaries of work hours.
11. 每月統(tǒng)計分析項目KPI。
Monthly statistical analysis of project KPIs.
12. 完成上級安排的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
安全管理職責(zé)：
HSE Management Responsibility:

2. 為所有下屬提供適當(dāng)?shù)挠?xùn)練，在上崗前解釋崗位危險和安全規(guī)程。
Provide appropriate training to all subordinates and explain job hazards and safety regulations before they commence work.
3. 監(jiān)督維護所管項目員工的安全工作條件和作業(yè)。
Supervise and maintain safe working conditions and operations for employees involved in the projects under management.
4. 調(diào)查所屬部門的所屬項目所有事故和僥幸避免事件。
Investigate all accidents and near-misses related to the projects within the department under supervision.
任職資格：
教育背景： 輪機相關(guān)專業(yè),大專以上學(xué)歷
Education Background: Diploma's degree or above in related fields.
經(jīng)驗經(jīng)歷： 3年以上船舶輪機管理工作經(jīng)驗
Experience：3 years working experience in shipyard
技能技巧： 掌握各種設(shè)備的工作原理，較強的識圖能力，較強的英語口語表達能力，熟悉各船型的結(jié)構(gòu)及安裝圖，掌握現(xiàn)場管理知識，能解決現(xiàn)場問題。
Ability and Skill: Proficient in the working principles of various equipment, strong ability to interpret drawings; strong English speaking ability; familiar with the structures and installation drawings of various ship types; knowledge of on-site management and the ability to solve on-site problems.
