3. 客戶協(xié)調(diào)溝通：與客戶、貨代等相關(guān)方保持密切聯(lián)系，及時(shí)了解貨物發(fā)運(yùn)及運(yùn)輸進(jìn)程，回應(yīng)客戶關(guān)于出港單證問題的咨詢。
4. 運(yùn)輸方案協(xié)助：結(jié)合航班時(shí)刻和客戶需求，協(xié)助制定出港貨物運(yùn)輸方案，安排運(yùn)輸計(jì)劃和時(shí)間表，確保貨物準(zhǔn)時(shí)正確到達(dá)目的地。

任職要求：

2. 經(jīng)驗(yàn)與技能：3年以上貨站或物流公司單證操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉出港單證處理流程和海關(guān)相關(guān)規(guī)定。
3. 證書要求：持有報(bào)關(guān)員證或相關(guān)單證操作證書者優(yōu)先。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Document Management: Responsible for the preparation, classification, registration and archiving of outbound air cargo documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Data Entry and Analysis: Accurately enter outbound freight information and data into operating systems, regularly collect and analyze cargo transportation data to support decision-making.
3. Customer Coordination: Maintain close contact with customers, freight forwarders and other relevant parties to track cargo shipment and transportation progress, respond to customer inquiries regarding outbound documentation.
4. Transportation Planning Assistance: Assist in developing outbound cargo transportation plans based on flight schedules and customer requirements, arrange transportation schedules to ensure timely and accurate cargo delivery to destination.
5. Customs Clearance: Handle customs clearance procedures for outbound cargo, prepare and submit necessary customs declaration documents to ensure smooth customs inspection.
6. Cost Tracking: Monitor payment status of outbound cargo transportation costs, ensure timely settlement, assist in handling related documentation and issues.
7. Other Related Tasks: Complete other outbound documentation related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
1. Education and Major: College diploma or above, preference given to majors in International Trade, Logistics Management, Customs Declaration or related fields.
2. Experience and Skills: Over 3 years of documentation operation experience in cargo terminals or logistics companies, familiar with outbound documentation processes and customs regulations.
3. Certification Requirements: Preference given to candidates holding customs declaration certificate or related documentation operation certificates.
4. Language and Computer: Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English documents; proficient in using office software and freight management systems.
