Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's international trade strategies, and expanding the market share in overseas markets.
2. Independently develop, manage and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with overseas clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
3. Analyze the dynamics of the international market and the situation of competitors to provide a basis for company decisions.
4. Organize and coordinate the import and export business processes, including but not limited to procurement, logistics, customs declaration, etc.
5. The ability to organize, lead and train team members, thereby enhancing the overall business capabilities and team cohesion.
6. Independently handle important customer negotiations, and facilitate the process of contract signing and execution.
7. Regularly report the progress and performance of overseas market expansion to the senior management.
Job Requirements:
Have a bachelor's degree or above in fields such as international trade or business management.
2. At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with extensive knowledge of international trade.
3. Proficient in English speaking, listening, reading and writing. Those who have mastered a second foreign language will be given priority.
4. Possess excellent market analysis skills and acute business acumen.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and negotiation abilities, enabling effective handling of complex customer relationships.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure, enabling efficient operation in a fast-paced work environment.
7. Be familiar with international trade regulations and related policies, and understand the operation procedures of international logistics.
