Job Responsibilities
1.Regional market insight and customer lead collection assistance; customer needs and expectations feedback , conduct insight on customer production conditions, and deliver insight results internally.
2.Assist in reception of customer visit, technical services improving, and conducting technical meetings with key customers.
3.Confirmation of acceptance standards and project launch; manage overall project schedule and quality; reasonably plan, organize, direct and coordinate internal project production; conduct cross-departmental communication on overall capacity, integrate supply chain and capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
4. Act as a key enabler for sales and business successfully; Manage customers proactively to obtain good cooperation; deepen customer relationships, and assist in payment successfully.
5. Lead project budget management, financial cost control and analysis; manage and control homeline support expenses to effectively control related costs.
6. You should be the bridge between customer and internal operation team; customer insight deeply, explanation to customer the value of our solution and advantages.
Job Requirements
1. English speaking is in proficient.
2. Familiar with the whole process of automotive stamping mold projects, with basic management capabilities.
3. Technical background in molds, capable of answering customers’ technical inquiries.
4. At least 5 years of experience in leading large-scale automotive mold & fixture projects.
5. Time & cost management skill, communication & coordination, working under pressure.
