We are seeking a technical professional with more than 5 years' experience in engine leasing to drive our engine leasing and trading business. Reporting to the SVP – Engine Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading marketing initiatives and negotiating and executing transactions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for engine leasing transactions Develop value assessments for engine asset portfolios, lease rates, and end-of-life engines to drive resource optimization · Support the negotiation of engine lease agreements, OEM maintenance contracts, and purchase/sale agreements · Execute transactions, including the review and accurate handling of legal and financing documentation Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in aerospace engineering, or a related technical field. · Minimum of 5 years of experience in an appropriate technical role within an engine leasing company and/or a comparable position with an airline, aircraft leasing company, MRO, or OEM · Proven record in negotiating the technical aspects of LOIs and lease agreements, OEM maintenance contracts, purchase/sale agreements · Strong understanding of the aerospace and leasing industry dynamics · Proficiency in English is a must Please send a full resume indicating your present and expected salary email to ************
