工作內(nèi)容
  1. 、完成貨物進(jìn)出口所需單證辦理及跟蹤，確保貨物順利及時(shí)放行；
    2、對(duì)單證的填寫、核對(duì)、保存等工作進(jìn)行規(guī)范管理，做到數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確可靠；
    3、積極參與流程優(yōu)化，自動(dòng)化操作的推進(jìn)，提高操作效率，并降低出錯(cuò)率；
    4、配合其他部門完成日常文書處理等工作；
    5、配合其他部門完成海外社媒（如tiktok/Facebook/linkin等）日常視頻發(fā)布和內(nèi)容維護(hù)等。
  1. 關(guān)注國際貿(mào)易政策、匯率變動(dòng)及相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的更新，及時(shí)向團(tuán)隊(duì)反饋相關(guān)信息，為公司外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)決策提供支持。?
任職要求?
1-3年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉操作流程和國際貿(mào)易慣例，熟練使用辦公軟件，英語四級(jí)以上優(yōu)先
