一、崗位職責(zé) (1)對(duì)接并監(jiān)督管理物業(yè)服務(wù)單位,協(xié)助制定相關(guān)管理制度與實(shí)施細(xì)則; (2)負(fù)責(zé)部門日常行政事務(wù),包括公文收發(fā)、文檔管理、會(huì)議紀(jì)要撰寫等; (3)負(fù)責(zé)部門檔案資料的整理、歸檔與定期盤點(diǎn); (4)負(fù)責(zé)部門宣傳工作,包括公眾號(hào)內(nèi)容策劃與發(fā)布、圖文編輯、活動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)報(bào)撰寫等; (5)協(xié)助開展第三方服務(wù)單位的管理與評(píng)估; (6)協(xié)助組織調(diào)研、采購(gòu)立項(xiàng)及實(shí)施監(jiān)管等相關(guān)工作; (7)完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。 (1)Serve as the primary liaison with property service providers; assist in developing and implementing property management policies and procedures; (2)Handle daily administrative tasks, including document processing, record management, and meeting minutes; (3)Organize and maintain department archives, ensuring accurate documentation and periodic audits; (4)Lead and support department communications, including content planning, editing, and publishing via official WeChat accounts and other platforms; (5)Assist in the management and evaluation of third-party service providers; (6)Support research, procurement planning, and implementation oversight as needed; (7)Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. 二、任職要求 學(xué)歷要求:本科及以上學(xué)歷,大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或同等語(yǔ)言水平; 專業(yè)要求:行政崗或后勤物業(yè)服務(wù)相關(guān)崗位 語(yǔ)言要求:大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或同等語(yǔ)言水平; 其他: (1)具備1年以上國(guó)內(nèi)外高校或大型企事業(yè)單位后勤服務(wù)、物業(yè)管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn); (2)具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、服務(wù)意識(shí)與執(zhí)行力,能夠高效完成上級(jí)交辦任務(wù)并及時(shí)反饋; (3)具備一定的文案撰寫與宣傳能力,能夠獨(dú)立完成會(huì)議紀(jì)要、簡(jiǎn)報(bào)及宣傳材料的整理與發(fā)布; (4)熟悉微信公眾號(hào)等新媒體平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng),具備基礎(chǔ)圖文編輯能力者優(yōu)先; (5)有本地中學(xué)、高校資源或大型企業(yè)行政支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先; (6)身心健康,品行端正,無不良記錄 Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above Major: Logistics service roles or property management-related positions Language preference: CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency; Others: (1)Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, property management, or administrative support in higher education institutions or large organizations; (2)Strong communication and coordination skills, with a service-oriented mindset and high level of execution; (3)Proficient in writing meeting summaries, reports, and promotional content; capable of independent content creation and editing; (4)Familiarity with WeChat official account operation and basic graphic editing is a plus; (5)Candidates with local educational resources or experience in large enterprises are preferred; (6)Good physical and mental health, with a clean personal record.
