一、 崗位職責(zé) 1、 制定實(shí)施大學(xué)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的傳播策略,提升全球知名度。 2、 拓展數(shù)字營(yíng)銷(xiāo)渠道,制作針對(duì)國(guó)際受眾的傳播內(nèi)容,確保文章、圖片、視頻等信息的文化適應(yīng)性。 3、 建立并維護(hù)與境外媒體的關(guān)系,確保大學(xué)新聞準(zhǔn)確廣泛傳播。 4、 應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際媒體的查詢(xún)和潛在的國(guó)際輿論危機(jī)。 5、 協(xié)調(diào)國(guó)際公關(guān)活動(dòng)、媒體合作項(xiàng)目、廣告宣傳項(xiàng)目等。 6、 協(xié)調(diào)制作大學(xué)創(chuàng)意宣傳項(xiàng)目(視頻、展覽、刊物等)。 7、 撰寫(xiě)和校對(duì)大學(xué)英文傳播材料。 8、 完成上級(jí)交代的其他工作。 1. Develop and implement international communication and branding strategies to enhance the university's visibility in the international market. 2. Expand digital marketing channels and utilize SEO techniques tailored for international audiences, ensuring that articles, images, and videos are culturally appropriate and relevant. 3. Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets from abroad to ensure accurate and widespread dissemination of university news. 4. Respond promptly to international media inquiries and manage any potential international public opinion crises. 5. Manage international public relations events, media collaboration projects and advertising campaigns. 6. Direct and produce creative projects (stories, videos, exhibitions, publications, etc.) to support the university's communication objectives. 7. Write, edit and proofread English communication materials, including news stories, booklets, social media posts, etc. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 二、 任職要求 1. 傳播學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、新聞學(xué)、公共關(guān)系或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)的本科及以上學(xué)歷。 2. 在國(guó)際營(yíng)銷(xiāo)或傳播領(lǐng)域有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn),有教育機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 3. 英語(yǔ)母語(yǔ)水平,掌握優(yōu)秀的寫(xiě)作和編輯能力。 4. 精通數(shù)字營(yíng)銷(xiāo)和社交媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)。 5. 溝通技巧出色,能有效管理媒體關(guān)系。 6. 具有危機(jī)管理和公共關(guān)系經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 7. 能創(chuàng)作適應(yīng)多元文化的內(nèi)容。 8. 戰(zhàn)略思維和解決問(wèn)題能力強(qiáng)。 9. 熟悉中文者優(yōu)先。 請(qǐng)隨簡(jiǎn)歷提供個(gè)人作品集(個(gè)人文章、新聞報(bào)道、新媒體作品等)。此崗位需要英語(yǔ)面試+筆試。 1. A bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in international marketing or communications, preferably within an educational institution or similar environment. 3. Native-level English with strong writing and editing capabilities. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage media relationships. 6. Experience in crisis management and public relations. 7. Ability to develop culturally sensitive content. 8. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 9. Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage. Please provide a portfolio of your personal work (writings, social media post etc.).
