一、崗位職責(zé): 1.負(fù)責(zé)副校長(學(xué)術(shù))辦公室的日常會(huì)議、接待的安排及對(duì)接; 2.負(fù)責(zé)副校長(學(xué)術(shù))日常行程的管理,做到安排合理,及時(shí)提醒; 3.負(fù)責(zé)副校長(學(xué)術(shù))辦公室的會(huì)務(wù)管理,如會(huì)議通知的撰寫及下發(fā)、會(huì)議記錄、紀(jì)要等相關(guān)工作; 4.協(xié)助副校長(學(xué)術(shù))辦公室各項(xiàng)制度的發(fā)布,做好信息的上傳下達(dá); 5.負(fù)責(zé)副校長(學(xué)術(shù))辦公室的日常行政工作,如資料管理、部門預(yù)算、部門采購等; 6.完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。 1.Coordinate and arrange daily meetings and receptions for the Office of the Vice President (AC). 2.Manage the daily schedule of the Vice President (AC), ensuring it is well-organized and providing timely reminders. 3.Handle administrative tasks in the Office of the Vice President (AC), including drafting and distributing meeting notices, recording minutes, and preparing summaries. 4.Assist in the dissemination of policies from the Office of the Vice President (AC) and ensure effective communication of information. 5.Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in the Office of VP (AC), including document management, departmental budgeting, and procurement. 6.Complete other tasks assigned. 二、任職要求: 最低學(xué)歷要求:本科 專業(yè)要求:無 語言要求:熟練書面和口頭英語 其他: 1. 具有高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)背景下行政職位的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 2. 對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理、課程開發(fā)和教學(xué)方法有深刻理解 3. 具領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通能力和組織能力 4. 能夠與教師、員工和學(xué)生協(xié)作工作的能力 對(duì)于經(jīng)驗(yàn)或資格較少的候選人,將考慮以專員聘任。 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。 Educational background: Bachelor's degree Major: No specified requirement Language preference: Language preference: Proficiency in written and spoken English Others: Experience in an administrative role within an higher education institution setting.
