崗位職責(zé):
1. 制定并執(zhí)行銷售策略,帶領(lǐng)銷售團(tuán)隊完成公司制定的年度銷售目標(biāo)。
2. 深入了解采礦設(shè)備市場,分析競爭對手情況,及時調(diào)整銷售策略以提高市場占有率。
3. 建立和維護(hù)與礦業(yè)客戶的長期合作關(guān)系,及時了解客戶需求,提供專業(yè)的銷售解決方案。
4. 定期收集和分析銷售數(shù)據(jù),撰寫銷售報告,并向上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報銷售工作進(jìn)展。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)銷售團(tuán)隊的日常管理,包括人員培訓(xùn)、績效考核和團(tuán)隊激勵等。
崗位要求:
1. 具有至少5年以上采礦設(shè)備或相關(guān)重型機(jī)械銷售工作經(jīng)驗,有銷售管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
2. 熟悉采礦行業(yè)的運(yùn)作流程和市場動態(tài),有礦業(yè)客戶資源者可加分。
3. 具備扎實的銷售技巧,包括客戶需求分析、產(chǎn)品演示、談判技巧和促成交易的能力。
4. 熟練使用銷售管理軟件和辦公軟件,如CRM系統(tǒng)、Excel、PowerPoint等,能夠利用數(shù)據(jù)分析銷售趨勢和制定策略。
5. 具有出色的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作精神,能夠有效地與內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(如技術(shù)支持、售后服務(wù))以及外部客戶進(jìn)行溝通。
6. 具備良好的問題解決能力,能夠在復(fù)雜的銷售場景中迅速做出判斷并解決問題。
7. 有較強(qiáng)的自我激勵能力,能夠在高壓環(huán)境下工作,并能適應(yīng)頻繁出差。
8. 具備流利的商務(wù)英語聽說讀寫能力,能夠與國際客戶進(jìn)行有效的溝通和商務(wù)洽談。
9. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,礦業(yè)工程、機(jī)械工程等相關(guān)工科專業(yè)畢業(yè)。

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in mining equipment/heavy machinery; sales leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Deep expertise in mining industryoperations and market trends; existing high-value client resources are a significant plus.
- Proven excellence in core sales competencies: needs analysis,technical product demonstration, high-stakes negotiation, and deal closure.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and teamwork skills,
collaborating seamlessly with technical support, after-sales, and global
clients. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales scenarios and drive results.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset, thriving in high-pressure environments and adapting to frequent business travel.
- Fluent business English (written & spoken) for global client negotiations and international business collaborations.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
