崗位職責: 1. 制定并執(zhí)行戰(zhàn)略性采購計劃,平衡成本、質(zhì)量與交付周期,保障生產(chǎn)連續(xù)性。 2. 搭建并管理全球化供應商網(wǎng)絡,涵蓋資質(zhì)審核、績效評估、合同談判與關系深耕,建立風險預警機制,確保供應鏈韌性。 3. 深度聯(lián)動研發(fā)與工程團隊,將采購需求融入新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程,確保原材料規(guī)格符合礦山設備的耐磨損、抗高壓等行業(yè)嚴苛標準(如 ISO、CE 認證要求)。 4. 牽頭成本優(yōu)化項目,通過集中采購、替代材料研發(fā)、供應商協(xié)同降本等方式實現(xiàn)降本增效,同時嚴守質(zhì)量合規(guī)底線。 5. 基于數(shù)據(jù)分析預測物料需求,優(yōu)化庫存結構,支撐精益生產(chǎn)模式,提升資金周轉效率。 崗位要求: 1. 大學本科及以上; 2. 5 年以上重型機械或采礦設備制造行業(yè)采購經(jīng)驗,熟悉礦山設備核心部件特性與全球供應鏈布局; 3. 具備出色的談判能力與成本控制戰(zhàn)績,擅長供應商風險識別與合同精細化管理; 4. 精通 ERP 系統(tǒng)(如 SAP)與數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,能將數(shù)據(jù)洞察轉化為采購策略; 5. 擁有跨部門協(xié)作經(jīng)驗,能高效對接技術與生產(chǎn)團隊,推動采購需求落地; 6. 商務英語流利,可獨立與國際供應商進行談判及日常溝通。 Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute strategic procurement plans, balancing cost, quality and delivery timelines to ensure production continuity. 2. Establish and manage a global supplier network encompassing qualification reviews, performance evaluations, contract negotiations and relationship cultivation. Implement risk early-warning mechanisms to safeguard supply chain resilience. 3. Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to integrate procurement requirements into new product development cycles, ensuring raw material specifications meet industry-specific rigorous standards (e.g., ISO, CE certification requirements) for mining equipment durability and high-pressure resistance. 4. Lead cost optimisation initiatives through centralised procurement, alternative material development, and collaborative supplier cost reduction, while maintaining strict quality compliance. 5. Utilise data analytics to forecast material requirements, optimise inventory structure, support lean production models, and enhance capital turnover efficiency. Position Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above 2. Minimum 5 years' procurement experience in heavy machinery or mining equipment manufacturing, with expertise in core mining equipment components and global supply chain configurations; 3. Proven negotiation skills and cost control achievements, adept at supplier risk identification and contract management; 4. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g.SAP) and data analytics tools, with the ability to translate data insights intoprocurement strategies; 5. Experience in cross-departmental collaboration, capable of liaising effectively with technical and production teams to drive procurement requirements implementation; 6. Fluent business English, able to independently negotiate and conduct daily communications with international suppliers.
