Bachelor degree or above / Preferably in engineering
8+ years of experience in procurement in chemical and oil & gas industry. 5+ years in EPC company. At least as the lead for two EPC projects. Fluency in English (written and spoken) for multinational projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF WORK:

Work independently or under minimum direction. Assist project procurement manager in supervise
procurement activities on all mechanical equipment.
?
Souring, including market survey, lead and coordinate the pre-qualification activities and site audit
among with suppliers and discipline engineers & QA/QC engineers.
?
General procurement activities, including suppliers list preparation, inquiry preparation / bid tabulation
/ commercial negotiation, purchase order preparation, payment.
?
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships.
?
Supervise procurement engineer and manage expediting status.
?
Prepare and maintain procurement reports (e.g., suppliers’ pre-qualification, procurement status,
expediting status, supplier performance)
?
Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements (e.g.,
contract law, anti-corruption policies).

Train and oversee procurement engineer, ensuring alignment with company processes.

Monitor team performance and workflow efficiency, escalating critical issues to project procurement
manager.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelor degree or above / Preferably in engineering
?

Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits or project site inspections.
?
Excellent knowledge for MS Office.

Basic knowledge of technical specifications related to mechanical equipment and engineering
processes
