Sound knowledge of project controls principles including tools and systems, with a track record of delivering accurate information, reporting and guidance to senior management; More than one whole large EPC Modular Project experience as planning manager;

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF WORK:
? Whole EPC Project schedule and risk management;
? Organize overall EPC project Schedule, resource plan, progress monitoring system setting up, weekly and
monthly progress reporting;
? Manage the interfaces to effectively execute the project. Identifying, categorizing, scheduling and assessing
the impact of key interfaces, like external interface with Company, internal interfaces for EPC phase and inter-
discipline interfaces;
? Ensure timely submission and distribution of reports and schedules and other relevant documents;
? Perform trend analysis based on available progress and quantity reporting and report to the Project Director
and highlight problems encountered that require management actions;
? Ensure smooth and effective coordination with various departments and sections that will be involved in the
execution of the Project;
? Objectively manage the department to ensure timely completion of the Project;
? Advise on areas of critical work and introduce methods on how to increase productivity and, in case of work
delay, recommend solutions on how to catch-up or mitigate work delays;
? Participate in regular meetings with Contractor and third parties regarding planning matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
? Minimum 10 years’ projects/project controls experience. Strong in application of project management
principles, methodologies and tools. Sound knowledge of project controls principles including tools and
systems, with a track record of delivering accurate information, reporting and guidance to senior management;
? More than one whole large EPC Modular Project experience as planning manager;
? Determined, adaptable and resilient. Able to lead teams to achieve success under significant pressure,
evolving requirements, and conflicting priorities;
? Good knowledge of the fabrication, installation and commissioning, preferably on Modular Project;
? Have advanced knowledge and competencies in using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
software;
? Degree or Technical diploma in Engineering, Construction management, Commerce, business or similar field
project management.
