Objective of job
Defect management is responsible for
driving telematics, ADAS and Parking testing tickets resolution process for
China market, leading and coordinating issue resolution in different MBUX
projects, aligning and creating transparency among global development teams,
ensure successful MBUX issue resolution and software maturity
Main tasks
Control and managing defect status in
different defect relevant system, ensure all the data is up-to-date and
synchronized In software delivery phase, own the overview of MBUX defects and
provide the transparency to all relevant functions.
Drive defect management process to ensure
together with MBUX project lead and system integration an effective progress of
bug fixing
Collaborate with system integration and
domain defect responsible person as well as FOs to ensure software maturity -
Keep alignment with Headquarter regarding defect progress Regular report to
management regarding software maturity and debug progress
Collaborate with internal and external
departments, acting as the interface between RD and external stakeholders to
provide necessary issue resolution information and report Technical support for
other department members with cross-domain knowledge Support surrounding
processes to ensure CIVIC software delivering by milestone
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in engineering
(Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer or similar major) Good
knowledge about software development process
Experience in software/vehicle development or testing projects
Advance knowledge in terms of methodologies
in project management, e.g. project plan, risk analysis, PMP is a plus
Experience with in-car telematics application is plus, e.g. navigation,
infotainment, or connectivity application
Experience working in an Agile development
environment,CICD, Agile/Scrum methodology, experience as scrum master or
product owner is plus Basic understanding about software development quality
methodologies
Self-responsibility, team player with very
good communication skills and presentation skills Very good English
