Responsible for EDM system design and development for PHEV/BEV, including but not limited for:
- Lead EDM system design and development for local and international projects
- Lead RFQ and supplier technical assessment for local and international projects.
- Lead supplier R&D planning during all development phase to meet project requirement: A phase/B phase/C phase, eMotor DVP planning release & DVPR review, key subcomponent supplier assessment, deliverables (in different phase) review, support SOP/PPAP. Ensure the quality of deliverables required by project in terms of quality, cost, timing, performance and guarantee the respect of technical core skills policy
- Lead the eMotor technical innovance, and the advanced technical design in market.
- China referential + benchmark: follow new orientation + technology on EDM system.
崗位要求：
? Lead and coordinate the design group from all related departments for EDM system, synthesis and report for conception choice, evaluate key component choice in the system, lead design freeze with supplier
? Lead and coordinate the development of worldwide project and communicate with worldwide teams.
? Report to powertrain project/ platform project/ vehicle project. Responsible for the vehicle requirement in different phase and breakdown into sub system.
? Lead the design review including mechanical integration, performance integration, NVH, simulation, SW/HW to meet the target. Master the basic theory of eMotor, inverter and gear box, and these main process and assembly.
? Responsible for SOR release which are conform with project request/need, internal design rules, standards and regulations and supplier technical assessments.
? Assessment of supplier design, and development planning and key components design choice
? Coordinate and evaluation of control strategy and function safety of EDM.
? Define and Control of supplier DVP plan and DVPR, participate the test at supplier site and internal test, contribute to show the test compliance.
? Product release/ officialization.
? Responsible for solving EDM, EMOTOR and Electromagnetic related technical problems from component level to sub-system level until vehicle level, quality control, supplier management, manufacturing and other aspects,
