Teach IGCSE and A-Level chemistry (CIE), design lesson plans, experiments, and assessment schemes according to the syllabus.

Organize inquiry-based learning activities (e.g., lab sessions, research projects) to enhance students' practical skills and critical thinking.
組織探究式學(xué)習(xí)（如實(shí)驗(yàn)課、課題研究），提升學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力與批判性思維；
Monitor student progress, provide personalized tutoring, and regularly communicate academic performance to parents.
跟蹤學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)展，提供個(gè)性化輔導(dǎo)，定期向家長反饋學(xué)業(yè)情況；
Participate in international curriculum development, teaching research, and guidance for academic competitions.
參與國際課程開發(fā)、教研活動(dòng)及校內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)競(jìng)賽指導(dǎo)；
Assist in organizing science-related club activities or subject extension programs.
協(xié)助學(xué)校開展科學(xué)類社團(tuán)活動(dòng)或?qū)W科拓展項(xiàng)目。
Qualifications 任職要求
Education Background 學(xué)歷背景
Master’s degree or above, preferably in chemistry or related fields.
碩士及以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)、化學(xué)教育等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Teaching certification required; overseas education background is preferred.
持有教師資格證，海外留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先。
Teaching Experience 教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Minimum 2 years of IGCSE/A-Level chemistry teaching experience, familiar with the curriculum and assessment standards.
2年以上IGCSE/A-Level化學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉課程體系及考試評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
Experience in international/bilingual schools or overseas teaching background is preferred.
有國際學(xué)校/雙語學(xué)校任教經(jīng)歷或海外教育背景者優(yōu)先。
Competencies 能力素質(zhì)
Fluent in English with bilingual teaching ability.
英語流利，具備雙語教學(xué)能力；
Proficient in experimental teaching and laboratory safety management.
擅長實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)，能規(guī)范管理實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全；
Passionate about education, able to inspire students' interest in science, and adaptable to international education philosophies.

Preferred Qualifications 優(yōu)先考慮
Familiarity with guiding international competitions
熟悉化學(xué)國際競(jìng)賽指導(dǎo)者；
Experience in interdisciplinary teaching (e.g., Biology and physics).
