Improvement assessment, check the improvement results... Qualifications Required: 1. Bachelor degree or higher, majoring in mechanical, electronic or industrial engineering. 2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronics or related manufacturing. 3. Familiar with process of wave soldering, SMT, or related PCBA technology. prefer to have experience of assembly process, e.g. ultrasonic welding, hot riveting. 4. Problem-solving skills, analytical skills. 5. Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, like time study, line balance, activity analysis, layout design, etc. 6. Knowledge and experience in Quality Systems, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA. 7. Knowledge and experience of lean (5S, 7 wastes, OEE, VSM, SMED, Kanban/Supermarket, Pull production and Visualization) and Six sigma 8. Knowledge and skill of project management, skill in NPI. 9.
