Job description
Assist senior Merchandiser in editing purchase orders to manufacturers and Pro forma Invoices or Sales confirmation to customers.
Approve factories‘ packagings and trims submissions (polybags, labels, hangtags, etc) in accordance with customer requirements.
Check factories fabric submissions, lab dips, and garments samples, send to customer by fast courier, chase for comments, and communicate with factories to arrange bulk production.
Follow up bulk production with manufacturers, steps by steps until inspection.
Arrange shipment from factories to harbours and follow up the logistics process (trucking from factory, bookings with forwarders, export clearance)

協(xié)助資深跟單員處理以下事務(wù)：
按要求編輯供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)合同，客戶(hù)形式發(fā)票或銷(xiāo)售合同。
依據(jù)客戶(hù)要求審核工廠(chǎng)提交的包裝及輔料（膠袋、標(biāo)簽、吊牌等）。
核對(duì)工廠(chǎng)提交的面料樣品、色樣及成衣樣衣，通過(guò)快遞寄送客戶(hù)并跟進(jìn)反饋意見(jiàn)，與工廠(chǎng)溝通安排大貨生產(chǎn)。
跟進(jìn)制造商的大貨生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，逐步跟蹤至驗(yàn)貨環(huán)節(jié)。
安排工廠(chǎng)至港口的運(yùn)輸，并跟進(jìn)物流流程（包括工廠(chǎng)陸運(yùn)、貨代訂艙、出口清關(guān)等事宜）。

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Textile industry, logistics, or commerce
- At least 2 years work experience
- Skilful in communication and negotiation
- Ability to read and write in English is a strong asset for the job
- Rigorous, positive, careful with details
- High sense of responsibility and customer service orientated mindset.

Salary Negotiable
