Key Accountabilities
崗位職責(zé)：
1.Responsible for the eDrive related DVP&R; Being involved in establishment of eDrive test capability (including motor& Gearbox)

2.Responsible for the e-motor& GB test standard and test method development

3.Responsible for all kinds of development verification and testing related to e-motor& GB, including drafting verification processes, writing test specifications and general test report.
負(fù)責(zé)電機(jī)及GB相關(guān)的各種開發(fā)驗(yàn)證和測試，包括起草驗(yàn)證流程，編寫測試規(guī)范和通用測試報(bào)告。
4.Responsible for developing comprehensive test plan, including test list, test timing, location etc. Negotiated and aligned internal/customer. Determines Function & Vibration & Durability test profiles necessary to demonstrate customer reliability / confidence requirements. Responsible for customer sign-off. Own & manage overall schedule.

5.Responsible for leading the resolution of problems during the test process, Collaborate with R&D to optimize designs.
