工作內(nèi)容work content:
1.管理QC團隊，監(jiān)督檢驗工作，協(xié)調(diào)部門間溝通；Manage QC team, supervise inspection work, coordinate communication between departments;
2.根據(jù)QC團隊成員的技能和特長，合理分配工作任務(wù)，確保人員發(fā)揮***效益；According to the skills and specialties of QC team members, reasonable allocation of work tasks to ensure the maximum benefit of staffs;
3.定期對QC團隊成員進行專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，提高其質(zhì)量意識和技能水平；
Conduct regular professional training for QC team members to improve their quality awareness and skill level;
4.優(yōu)化檢驗流程，確保檢驗工作高效，準(zhǔn)確底進行；
Optimize the inspection process to ensure the inspection work is efficient and accurate
5.質(zhì)量異常出現(xiàn)及時聯(lián)絡(luò)匯報；Contact and report any quality abnormality
6.設(shè)立團隊成員的考核指標(biāo)，如檢驗準(zhǔn)確性，工作效率等。對于表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀的團隊成員，給予適當(dāng)?shù)莫剟?，提供工作積極性。Set up evaluation indicators for team members, such as inspection accuracy, work efficiency, etc. For team members with excellent performance, give appropriate rewards and provide enthusiasm for work.
7.負責(zé)檢驗數(shù)據(jù)、記錄整理及分析；
Data and record processing and analysis;
8.現(xiàn)場不合格隔離庫的管理：
Isolation area monitor
9.負責(zé)編制測試技術(shù)相關(guān)文件，測量測試編程
Prepare formulating test technical documents, measurement &test programming
10.現(xiàn)場持續(xù)AUDIT，現(xiàn)場改善；
On-site continuous AUDIT and on-site improvement
11.負責(zé)工程及出貨檢驗報告的確認；
Confirmation of engineering and shipping inspection
12.完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他工作事項。
Complete other work matters assigned by the superiors.
任職資格Qualification:
教育背景Education background:
◆相關(guān)專業(yè)，高中以上學(xué)歷。Relevant major, senior high school degree or above.
培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷 Training background:
◆GD & T中級培訓(xùn)GD & T middle-class training
◆蔡司三坐標(biāo)、投影儀操作培訓(xùn)CMM machine, projector measurement operation training in Zeiss Brand
經(jīng) 驗experience:
◆3年以上品質(zhì)管理和現(xiàn)場管理的經(jīng)驗,熟悉QC 七大手法。At least 3 years of experience in quality and on-site management , proficient in the QC 7 tools .
技能技巧及相關(guān)知識skills and ability and related knowledge
◆受過品質(zhì)管理、現(xiàn)場管理等方面的培訓(xùn)。Have accepted training of quality and site management.
◆熟悉公司產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)流程、產(chǎn)品的具體用途，對生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品有較深的認識；
Familiar with production procedure, specific use of products, have a comprehensive understanding of products;
◆熟悉測試工具及程序，熟悉產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范。Familiar with measuring tools and procedures, product standard and specification.
◆熟悉本崗位相關(guān)的環(huán)保知識、安全管理知識Familiar with environmental knowledge, safety management knowledge regarding with the position
