We are seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support our Water bottle, Bags and
Sundry Export Division, working closely with our senior merchandising team to
manage development and production cycles for international buyers.
Responsibilities:

• Liaise
  between clients and factories on product developments, quotations, and
  sample approvals.
• Manage
  timelines for accessories, gifts, and sundry items.
• Assist in
  preparing price offers, PO tracking, and shipment follow-up.
• Communicate
  with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance with buyer
  standards.
• Maintain
  documentation, photo records, and internal system updates.

Requirements:

• 1–3
  years’ merchandising experience in export (bags, sundries, or hard goods
  preferred).
• Fluent in
  English and Mandarin; written communication with overseas buyers required.
• Strong
  coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good eye
  for product detail, packaging, and finish quality.
• Experience
  with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems preferred.
• Proactive,
  efficient, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
