核心使命：選擇、實施和優(yōu)化必要的數(shù)字工具和數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)，以標準化工作流程、增強跨部門溝通，并確保所有采購和制造項目的數(shù)據(jù)完整性。
關(guān)鍵職責：1. 系統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)略與選擇：評估當前的工作流程工具，并推薦/實施專為全球采購定制的集中系統(tǒng)（例如項目管理軟件、輕量級ERP或PLM解決方案）；
1. 數(shù)據(jù)標準化：定義跨部門（采購、運營、財務(wù)）的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)和要求，以確保一致跟蹤項目成本、交貨時間和供應(yīng)商績效；
2. 實施與培訓(xùn)：監(jiān)督向新數(shù)字平臺的遷移，并為所有員工（包括項目經(jīng)理）提供培訓(xùn)和支持，以確保高系統(tǒng)采用率；
3. 系統(tǒng)集成：確保財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)在新項目系統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)有會計/首席財務(wù)官職能之間順暢流動；
4. IT/安全監(jiān)管：建立基本數(shù)據(jù)安全協(xié)議并管理團隊的訪問權(quán)限。
KPI：新數(shù)字平臺的采用率；項目數(shù)據(jù)報告的及時性和準確性；減少手動數(shù)據(jù)輸入所花費的時間。
任職要求：5年以上系統(tǒng)實施、數(shù)據(jù)管理或IT咨詢經(jīng)驗，最好在制造或供應(yīng)鏈領(lǐng)域；具有為中小型全球團隊選擇和部署用戶友好型工具的成功經(jīng)驗；出色的分析和解決問題的能力；英語流利是強制要求。
Job Title: Senior Systems/Data Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Remote
Reporting To: CEO/CFO
Commitment: Approx. 10-15 hours per week
Core Mission: To select, implement, and optimize the digital tools and data systems necessary to standardize workflow, enhance cross-departmental communication, and ensure data integrity for all sourcing and manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Strategy & Selection: Evaluate current workflow tools and recommend/implement a centralized system (e.g., Project Management software, lightweight ERP, or PLM solution) tailored for global sourcing;
2. Data Standardization: Define data structures and requirements across departments (Sourcing, Operations, Finance) to ensure consistent tracking of project costs, lead times, and supplier performance;
3. Implementation & Training: Oversee the migration to new digital platforms and provide training and support to all staff (including the Project Manager) to ensure high system adoption;
4. Integration: Ensure that financial data flows smoothly between the new project systems and the existing accounting/CFO function;
5. IT/Security Oversight: Establish basic data security protocols and manage access rights for the team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Adoption rate of the new digital platform; Timeliness and accuracy of project data reporting; Reduction in time spent on manual data entry.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in systems implementation, data management, or IT consulting, preferably within the manufacturing or supply chain sector; Proven ability to select and deploy user-friendly tools for small/mid-sized global teams; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Fluent English is mandatory.
