C++新能源計(jì)算機(jī)軟件
崗位職責(zé)
1、技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
①主導(dǎo)充電協(xié)議棧（ISO 15118/SAE J1772/GB/T 27930）、控制邏輯、通信模塊開(kāi)發(fā)，支持多標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兼容（歐美標(biāo) / 國(guó)標(biāo)）。
②協(xié)同硬件團(tuán)隊(duì)完成主控芯片選型、接口時(shí)序優(yōu)化，確保軟硬件高效配合。
2、項(xiàng)目與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理
①帶領(lǐng)跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)（軟件 / 硬件 / 測(cè)試），制定研發(fā)計(jì)劃，把控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量（代碼規(guī)范、版本管理、技術(shù)評(píng)審）。
②推進(jìn)核心器件國(guó)產(chǎn)化替代，平衡性能與成本，確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付。
行業(yè)合規(guī)與迭代
③確保產(chǎn)品通過(guò) CE/UL/CQC 等認(rèn)證，滿(mǎn)足 IEC 61851/GB/T 18487.1 等安全規(guī)范。
④基于用戶(hù)反饋優(yōu)化充電流程、智能化功能（OTA 升級(jí)、APP 聯(lián)動(dòng)），提升可靠性與用戶(hù)體驗(yàn)。
3. 參與項(xiàng)目的需求分析，并進(jìn)行相關(guān)軟件設(shè)計(jì)文檔的開(kāi)發(fā)；
4. 基于用戶(hù)反饋優(yōu)化充電流程、智能化功能；
5. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他項(xiàng)目事項(xiàng)
[任職要求]
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī).電子相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，5年以上嵌入式軟件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 熟練使用C/C++編程，熟悉ucos/FreeRTOS嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)，良好的編程規(guī)范性；
3. 熟悉Cortex-M3/M4.ARM等嵌入式平臺(tái)，熟悉STM32/GD32等；
4. 5年 + 嵌入式開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3 年 + 充電樁行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟練使用 C/RTOS（FreeRTOS），掌握狀態(tài)機(jī)、任務(wù)調(diào)度。
5. 主導(dǎo)過(guò)交流充電槍/充電樁全流程開(kāi)發(fā)，有歐美標(biāo)認(rèn)證（CE/UL）經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先

. 具備團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力，熟悉敏捷開(kāi)發(fā)，能通過(guò) Jira 等工具推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。
