2. Provide procurement support to business
1) Complete the pre tendering activities, tendering plan jointly with the owner.
2) Issue the ITB document and support the processes of Bidding, BID Evaluation and Approval of TCEAR.
3) Ensure tender, contract and supplier under a good control and management.

3. Cost saving and working capital delivery
1) Make a good balance between quality, cost, and delivery, and host the quality improvement and cost saving.

4. Contracts management
1) Support the owner of the contract to do the post award contract management from post award administration to contract termination

5. Supplier performance management and supplier relationship management
1) Supplier performance management- record KPIs and ensure regular performance talk with major suppliers.

6. Compliance
1) Ensure all the procurement activities fully complied with Group Non-trade and marketing procurement process, and LOA.
2) LOA and GSCM manual and procedures must be followed to complete the procurement. Ensure On time delivery, good quality & service from suppliers, & ensure supply continuity.

Qualifications & Experience:
? Minimum degree in Supply Chain or any related discipline.
? 5+ years relevant sourcing/procurement/purchase experience.

Competencies & Skills:
? Be familiar with the procurement procedures and processes.
? Be familiar with Indirect sourcing & procurement.
? Superior negotiation and commination skills.
? Understand the logic of SAP and use MS-office skillfully.
? Fluent English skill.
