Working responsibilities:
1.Ensure company’s policies and procedures are updated and aligned with corporate guidelines and local laws
2.Preparing on annual labor cost budget, keep analysis & tracking on it to make sure it is respected
3.Provide valuable suggestions on compensation & benefits management based on related surveys and benchmarking with market to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
4.Be response for monthly payroll mgt., including salary, IIT, social benefits
5.Deliver HR reporting timely with quality
6.Handle employee lifecycle services (on/off boarding, contract renewal, etc.)
7.HR outsource vendors management
8.Support on internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation and data
9.Maintain employee master data in HRIS system andprovide data/reports accordingly10.Other HR tasks / projects assigned by line manager.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Finance, or other related fields
2.+ 8 years’ relevant HR working experience in foreign invested company, experience of HR supporting for multi-site facilities is preferred.
3.Familiar with labor laws and regulations and policies.
4.Good written and spoken English.
5.Computer literate and familiar with Office Software such as word, excel etc.
6.Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, good planning and organizational ability.
7.High integrity and sense of confidentiality, a logistic thinker and result-oriented performer with strong teamwork spirit.
