III. Job positioning
We are looking for an outstanding student from Cambodia to serve as the key bridge connecting the business between China and Cambodia. You will be deeply involved in the core management affairs of the company, help the company to develop and expand the market in Cambodia, contribute to the establishment of the business foundation of the company in Cambodia, and open up a broad career development space for yourself.
IV. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Internal Communication and Coordination: As an important communication link between the General Manager and the China management team, assist the General Manager in daily communication and instruction delivery, ensure accurate and efficient internal information transmission within the company, and guarantee the orderly progress of all tasks.
2. Foreign-related business support: Deeply participate in the company's market research, business development, project planning and operation related to Cambodia, provide comprehensive support for the Cambodian business segment, and help the company seize the opportunity in the Cambodian market.
3. Maintenance of external relations: After being stationed in Cambodia in the future, I will be responsible for establishing good cooperative relations with local government departments at all levels, tax authorities and other relevant units in Phnom Penh, maintain a good corporate image of the company in the local area, and create a high-quality external environment for the stable development of the company in Cambodia.
V. Job Requirements
1. Nationality: Cambodian, a student in China, familiar with the language and culture of both China and Cambodia, able to adapt to cross-cultural working environment quickly.
2. Academic background: Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, business administration, Chinese, international trade and other related majors are preferred.
3. Language skills: Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese, able to communicate in daily work.
4. Cultural awareness: Have a basic understanding of China's business culture, social customs and workplace rules, be able to accurately grasp the cultural differences between China and Cambodia, and effectively deal with various issues in cross-cultural work.
5. Core qualities: Excellent communication and cross-cultural understanding ability, active work, strong sense of responsibility and learning willingness, able to quickly adapt to the pace of work, brave enough to accept challenges.
