Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Recepflon: Responsible for qreing dlienls and vistlars, answering phone cals, and managingthe recaipt and dispatch of couier packaesto ansure idient and proiesional frontdeskservices.
Ofioe Enronment Mlanagement: Maintailnthe cleanness of the font desk area and ensure the properfunclioning of eouipment,as wel as manage the procurementand replenishment of ofice
supplies.
Administrative Support: Assist with meeting room bookings, document management, and visitoiregistration to provide administrative support for daily office operationsInformation Management: Maintain the company directory, manage schedules, and disseminate notifications to ensure smooth interal information fow.Other Administralive Tasks: Paridipateinthe ormanizaion of company evenks,such as team-buling acivies ortrade shows. Complete other such reasonable tasks and dutes as assigned bysuperiors to support the team's daily work.Procurement Coondinator: Manages ofice procurement proceses,including supersourcing,quoling, and delvery,to supot company operaons.Aliso asists the procurement and the MarkeingDepartment with other related procurement tasks as needed.Safety Management: Assist in emergency response, promptly identily, and address abnormal situations, and ensure the safe operation of the company

前臺接待:負責(zé)接待客戶與訪客、接聽電話、管理快遞收發(fā),確保提供高效專業(yè)的前臺服務(wù)。
辦公環(huán)境維護:保持前臺區(qū)域整潔,保障設(shè)備正常運行,統(tǒng)籌辦公用品采購與補充。
行政支持:協(xié)助會議室預(yù)訂、文檔管理及訪客登記,為日常辦公提供行政保障。
信息管理:維護公司通訊錄、日程安排及通知傳達,確保內(nèi)部信息流轉(zhuǎn)順暢。
綜合行政事務(wù):參與籌辦團隊建設(shè)活動/展會等公司事務(wù),執(zhí)行上級指派的其他合理任務(wù)以支持團隊運作。
采購協(xié)調(diào):管理辦公采購全流程(供應(yīng)商對接、報價跟蹤、貨物交付),支撐公司運營;視需協(xié)助采購部與市場部完成相關(guān)采購任務(wù)。
安全管理:參與應(yīng)急響應(yīng),及時識別處置異常情況,保障公司安全運營。
Skis and Qualfications
Diploma or associate degreOver 1 to 2 years of relevant work( experience, with preference for candidates who have experience in front desk reception or administrative assistant rolesas Microsoft Office. Excel. etc.).Proficient in using office software(such
Strong communication skills and:orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Meticulous and highly responsible, with good time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skils (spoken and written) in both Chinese and Engish, and a strong team spirit.Experience of working in a global company would be advantageous
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain focus and a sense of responsibility and efficiency in a fast-paced working environment
