主要職責(zé):

- 獨(dú)立接待國(guó)際客戶訪談,作為顧問(wèn)提供定制化AI SaaS解決方案

- 運(yùn)用CRM與銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析業(yè)績(jī)、準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè),並向團(tuán)隊(duì)分享市場(chǎng)洞察
- 與跨境團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,持續(xù)優(yōu)化銷售方法與跨文化商務(wù)技巧
任職要求:

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise clients across Europe and the Middle East via LinkedIn, industry networks, and events.
- Host international client visits and deliver tailored AI SaaS solutions as a trusted advisor.
- Manage the full sales cycle, build lasting relationships, and drive high client retention and renewal rates.
- Use CRM and sales data to track performance, forecast accurately, and share market insights with leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to refine sales strategies and master cross-cultural negotiation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Business-level spoken English is required—able to lead sales conversations confidently with international clients.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, outgoing personality, and strong self-discipline. No alcohol during workdays.
- High motivation to achieve sales targets and build a global career in tech sales.
- Knowledge of or background in European/Middle Eastern markets is a plus.
