崗位職責(zé):
1.透過LinkedIn、行業(yè)社群、展會等多元化渠道,自主開發(fā)並轉(zhuǎn)化海外高質(zhì)量企業(yè)客戶;
2.獨(dú)立接待來訪的國際客戶,作為專業(yè)的SaaS顧問,為客戶提供定制化解決方案;
3.系統(tǒng)化跟進(jìn)客戶全生命週期,建立長期信任關(guān)係,提升客戶留存與續(xù)費(fèi)率;
定期梳理客戶跟進(jìn)情況,用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動決策,並向負(fù)責(zé)人清晰匯報工作進(jìn)展與市場洞察;
4.深度參與國際化團(tuán)隊協(xié)作,在實(shí)戰(zhàn)中快速掌握前沿的SaaS銷售方法與跨文化商務(wù)技巧。
任職資格:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,具備出色的學(xué)習(xí)與溝通能力(英語、國際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語專業(yè)優(yōu)先);
2.英語六級或同等以上水平,口語流利,能作為工作語言與海外客戶順暢溝通(口語優(yōu)異者,底薪可談);
3.具備良好的職業(yè)形象與商務(wù)素養(yǎng),能專業(yè)地代表公司與國際客戶對接;

Job Title: Overseas High-Potential Account Manager (Global SaaS Platform | High-Growth Track | Uncapped Earnings)

Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and convert high-quality overseas enterprise clients through diverse channels (LinkedIn, industry communities, exhibitions, etc.);
Independently host visiting international clients, acting as a professional SaaS consultant to provide customized solutions;
Systematically manage the entire client lifecycle, build long-term trust, and improve client retention and renewal rates;
Regularly organize follow-up progress, leverage data-driven insights, and clearly report progress and market intelligence to supervisors;
Deeply collaborate within an international team, rapidly mastering cutting-edge SaaS sales methodologies and cross-cultural business skills in real-world scenarios.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, with outstanding learning and communication skills (preference for English, International Trade, or Business English majors);
CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency, fluent spoken English, able to smoothly communicate with overseas clients as a working language (higher base salary for exceptional speakers);
Professional appearance and business etiquette, capable of representing the company to international clients;
Strong self-motivation and goal-orientation, enjoying the satisfaction of building business from 0 to 1;
Open-minded, collaborative, resilient, and capable of continuous growth under pressure;
Most importantly: A strong desire for high earnings, a passion for global career development, and the willingness to work diligently toward that goal.
