Extensive Hands-on Experience. A supervisor must have experience operating the press machine (servo press machine.) he needs to have performed setups,changeovers, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

對沖壓機(jī)械與模具的深入了解：必須掌握沖壓機(jī)的工作原理、噸位能力、離合器/制動系統(tǒng)，以及模具的復(fù)雜構(gòu)造。具備模具知識

In-depth Knowledge of Press Mechanics & Tooling: he must understand how the press works, its tonnage capacity, clutch/brake systems, and the intricacies of dies, molds.
Knowledge of tooling

- 生產(chǎn)部門技術(shù)控制，培訓(xùn)，改進(jìn)和監(jiān)控，績效評估，員工管理、期望值的溝通和實行
- Train/Improve/Monitor technology in production department, communicate/ implement performance
evaluation, manpower and expectation value management

- Implement/treat FPY requirement and continuous improvement

-Manage target and enter/review/control manpower data

-執(zhí)行并促進(jìn)浪費(fèi)減少，避免浪費(fèi)，建立環(huán)境健康安全控制生產(chǎn)批準(zhǔn)
-Implement/improve waste reduction, avoid waste and create EHS control

-參與質(zhì)量改進(jìn)，項目管理，支持新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入
-Participate in quality improvement, project management, new product introduction

-有效地組織與實施生產(chǎn)計劃的要求，確保質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)量、交貨期和經(jīng)濟(jì)性
-Organize/implement production plan, ensure quality/yield/ delivery/ economy;

-協(xié)助設(shè)備維護(hù)部門對所使用的設(shè)備進(jìn)行管理處理和整理生產(chǎn)資料、焊接程序、生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，對不一致性做出說明
-Assist equipment management of Maintenance Department. Dealing/ Sorting production documents,welding program, production task and explain inconsistencies

-出現(xiàn)緊急情況，對生產(chǎn)過程和材料設(shè)備等進(jìn)行重新調(diào)度
-Re-organize production process, material, equipment when met emergency case;

-對生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量實時監(jiān)管，對檢驗工作實施領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，組織自檢自查。對缺陷進(jìn)行分析，制定、實施、建議預(yù)防的質(zhì)保措施
-Monitor product quality,lead inspect on line. Define defect, analysis cause, evaluate solution,organize action and check result;

-負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的實際操作，負(fù)責(zé)操作沖壓機(jī)，且能夠進(jìn)行設(shè)備設(shè)定、換模、故障排除以及日常基礎(chǔ)維護(hù)工作
-Responsible for the actual operation of equipment, including operating press machines, performing
equipment setup, change over, troubleshooting, and routine basic maintenance tasks.


崗位特性/ Nature of the position:

1、崗位人必須立即向部門經(jīng)理報告所有非正常事件；

The Press Supervisor is obliged to immediately report abnormalities to the department manager;

2、正常班工作, 可根據(jù)公司需要進(jìn)行倒班工作；

Normal shift, available for shift work according to company needs;;

3、負(fù)責(zé)沖壓機(jī)的操作，并對設(shè)備進(jìn)行換模、及日?；A(chǔ)維護(hù)工作；

Responsible for operating the press machine, performing change over, and conducting routine basic maintenance on the equipment.

4、除了以上任務(wù)，崗位人還有責(zé)任執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指令完成其他必要工作；

If inquired by the management, the Press Supervisor is obliged to execute other necessary tasks and orders;

5、認(rèn)真貫徹執(zhí)行國家有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)的政策、法律法規(guī)，把圍繞安全生產(chǎn)所要做的主要工作列入本部門工作計劃，并實施；
