Job Responsibilities Deeply develop the North American market and identify high-quality resources including Dropshipping sellers, DTC sellers, service providers and agents. Establish and maintain relationships with U.S. clients, and provide customized support covering products, supply chain and services. Represent the company to attend client meetings, exhibitions or conduct offline client visits. Support social media or brand content appearances to enhance the company’s brand influence. Job Requirements Hold a valid U.S. visa (e.g., B1/B2, F1 with OPT/CPT, etc.). Be able to use English as a working language and have a good understanding of American culture. Candidates with relevant work experience in cross-border business development, e-commerce or supply chain are preferred. Have a clear understanding of cultural differences between China and the U.S., be capable of flexible communication in multicultural teams, and possess independent thinking and self-motivation. Be willing to work long-term in Hangzhou and have certain flexibility for business trips. Be open to short-term business trips to the U.S. (1–2 months) and able to support market expansion or client communication needs.
