The garment bulk merchandiser is responsible for managing the product development and merchandising process to ensure the timely delivery of Customer’s order.
The role is expected to work closely with the design, product and sales team to develop and execute effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities/崗位職責(zé)
* Oversee the product development process status, including sampling, fit sessions, labdips and pre-production approval
* Coordinate with the production and logistic team to ensure timely delivery of products
* Coordinate with sales team to identify opportunities for product line extensions, new categories etc
* Participate in supplier visit, factory audits, and negotiation to optimize vendor relationship
* Closely manage aligned T&A with factory/ other departments and supplier for securing on-time shipment

Qualifications & Requirements/學(xué)歷資格與要求：
* Bachelor’s degree in fashion garment merchandising, with intimate / swim/active background is preferred
* Min 3-5 years of experience as garment merchandiser or in a similar role with apparel industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
