Supervises: student behavior & pastoral care coordinators and form tutors
Executive Summary:
Education consultant is the leader and organizer of the students development work, and is responsible for the quality of the students development in the division.
Core Mission:
1. Establish the vision of the SD coordinators and form tutors and lead the direction of the student development work;
2. Carry out diagnostics and provide effective educational leadership
3. Be responsible for the quality of the student development work in the division
4. Understand the school’s wider development and be able to make decision form the school’s perspective.

1. 基于學校戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,育人目標,學生發(fā)展手冊要求及本學部學生發(fā)展特點,搭建學部學生發(fā)展體系,規(guī)劃,領導,監(jiān)督學部學生發(fā)展工作;
2. 支持學生發(fā)展協(xié)調員,協(xié)同全部學部老師共同關注學生身心健康的發(fā)展;對接學生中心為學部老師提供相應的指導,培訓,支持和資源。
3. 負責統(tǒng)籌本學部班主任/導師工作,搭建班級文化建設,及學部建設的系列課程和講座;
4. 根據(jù)學部學生成長,大學申請及職業(yè)發(fā)展的需求,指導學部活動協(xié)調員有針對性設計與組織活動;
5. 負責協(xié)同本學部學生緊急事件處理,及相關校內外部門對接和家校溝通;
6. 參與學部學生代表及家長溝通,協(xié)助學部維護良好的家校共育氛圍;
7. 參與《學部教育顧問工作手冊》的編訂及學校的變革會議;
8. 其他由學部長分配的任務。
1. Based on the school's strategic planning, education objectives, requirements of the student development handbook and the characteristics of the department's student development, build the department's student development system, plan, lead and supervise the department's student development;
2. Support the student development coordinator and cooperate with all faculty members to pay attention to the development of students' physical and mental health; The Connecting Student Centre provides appropriate guidance, training, support and resources for faculty members.
3. Responsible for leading the class form tutor/mentor work of the department, setting up the class culture construction, and a series of courses and lectures for the department construction;
4. Guide the activities coordinator of the department to design and organize activities according to the needs of students' growth, university application and career development;
5. Responsible for the emergency handling of students in the department, the connection between departments inside and outside the school and the communication between home and school;
6. Participate in the communication between student representatives and parents, and assist the department to maintain a good home-school co-education atmosphere;
7. Participated in the compilation of the Work Manual of the Faculty Education Consultant and the school's change meeting.
8. Other tasks assigned by the division leader.
職位要求:
1. 本科學歷及以上,教育、教學、心理學相關專業(yè);
2. 具有3年及以上學校中層管理或學生管理經(jīng)驗,具備國際學校管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
3. 英文流利,具備良好的組織、協(xié)調、溝通表達以及管理能力;
4. 具有組織過大型學生活動的經(jīng)驗、豐富的家校溝通經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
5. 具備危機公關意識以及危機公關的處理能力,能夠在工作時間之外及時處理突發(fā)狀況;
6. 具備良好的師德素養(yǎng),有良好的心理素質及團隊精神;
7. 熱愛教育事業(yè),具有強烈的責任心和使命感;
8. 工作認真負責,執(zhí)行力強,品行端正,積極向上;
Position requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Education, Teaching, Psychology or related;
2. At least 3 years of middle management or student management experience in school, international school management experience is preferred;
3. Fluent in English, with good organization, coordination, communication and management skills;
4. Experience in organizing large-scale student activities, and rich experience in home-school communication is preferred;
5. Have the awareness of crisis public relations and the ability to deal with crisis public relations, can deal with emergencies in a timely manner outside working hours;
6. Have good moral accomplishment, good psychological quality and team spirit;
7. Passionate about the education industry, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission;
8. Diligent and responsible in work, strong execution ability, upright character, and positive attitude;
