- Provide word-processing and secretarial support of project manager;
- Arrange meetings or events within project;
- Make and confirm appointments as directed;
- Receive and schedule visitors for project;
- Make travel arrangement for project colleagues;
- Initiate files and submit for approval of project colleagues;
- Preparing purchase orders and invoices of office supply;
- Arrange the stationery for project team members;
- Arrange office access for project team members;
- Support team for other admin works.
