1. University degree (Engineering) required

2. 3-5 years' experience in new product development and project management of small kitchen appliances products, like power tools or similar product; proficient in product design and development process.

3. Familiar with quality improvement and manufacturing process, good at problem solving skills, experience in Quality system is preferred.

4. Proficiency in the use of MS Office as well as product design software of SolidWorks, Pro/E or UG, etc.

5. Familiarity with electronic circuit diagrams is preferred.
