2.Fire Prevention System Ensure fire prevention system in good condition ① fire extinguishing system ② fire hydrant system ③ gas extinguishing system ④ fire alarm system ⑤ yearly maintenance service
3.Building Maintenance Ensure finish the building maintenance and employee repair request work in time.
4.Audit
Support to any of audit from customers and audit orgnizations. Question answer and document/record provide.
5.Energy Management ① energy saving project ② energy consumption analysis and monitoring ③Find energy saving potential to decrease the company energy consumption
Requirements
- more than 3 years experience of facility management of automotive industry
- with new product project and new construction project experience
- more than 3 years of utility and service team management
