崗位職責(zé):
Scope of Job: The major responsibility is to shape and safeguard the brand image of LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort. This includes developing and executing communication plans, creating compelling story telling, and building strong relationships with media across various categories. The role involves planning and executing PR events, hosting media and influencers, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Additionally, the candidate monitors media coverage, analyzes campaign effectiveness, supports crisis management, and prepares communications for key stakeholders such as government and community partners.
Main Responsibilities
1. Daily PR Communications and Content Development
? Participate in developing and executing annual/quarterly PR communication plans.
? Develop/Drage press releases, Executive speeches, media press kits, and social media copy as needed to disseminate information promptly and tell compelling stories.
? Manage and promptly update the park's news database, ensuring information is accurate and timely.
2. Media Relations Management and Expansion
? Establish, maintain, and expand a core media database (covering multiple sectors such as parenting, travel, lifestyle, finance, and general news media).
? Conduct regular maintenance and visits to core media outlets/key opinion leaders (KOLs).
? Organize media experience events to communicate the diverse park experiences effectively.
? Identify valuable media interview opportunities and follow through to secure coverage.
? Handle daily media inquiries and follow up the coverage, monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of media communication
3. PR Event Planning and Execution
? In charge of planning and on-site execution of major PR events, seasonal promotional activities, and new product/experience launches.
? Be responsible for on-site hosting and management of media/KOLs to ensure effective communication of core messaging.
? Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure communication aligns with the overall marketing calendar and strategy.
? Track media coverage, compile communication reports, and analyze the effectiveness of the communication efforts.
4. Stakeholder Communication
? Assist in preparing communication materials for various stakeholders, including government, local communities, and industry partners.
5. Health & Safety
You are responsible for implementing LLSHR’s HSS Policy, management system and related standards.
Within the area of management responsibility, you must:
? Show clear leadership and commitment to HSS; this includes setting a good personal example.
? Develop plans that are consistent with the HSS strategy to carry out risk assessments and meet relevant standards, legal requirements and LLSHR’s HSS targets and objectives.
? Take the necessary practical steps to implement the HSS management system, including:
Providing suitable resources and training
Defining specific roles and responsibilities
Explaining HSS issues effectively
Establishing operational controls
Managing contractors effectively
Organising emergency response arrangements
? Implement measures to monitor HSS performance and, where necessary, take corrective action. This includes audits, performance monitoring, and reporting / investigating incidents.
? Ensure that HSS decisions are consistent with LLSHR’s HSS Policy.
? Consider HSS issues in business decisions and explain their importance.
? Support promotional campaigns and educational plans.
? Recognise and reward employees who show positive HSS behaviour and achieve HSS objectives.
? Discuss HSS issues regularly.
? Encourage employees to suggest measures to improve HSS performance, and follow these up.
? Ensure that employees who blatantly or repeatedly violate HSS standards, procedures and rules are disciplined appropriately.
? Challenge unsafe conditions or actions and work with those involved to agree the necessary safety improvements.
? Provide ready access to skilled HSS professionals and / or accurate HSS advice.

Job Requirements
1. Education & Experience
? Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fields
? 5+ years of experience in brand PR, public sentiment management or media relations; theme park/tourism industry experience preferred
? Good communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal
2. Core Competencies
? Content development: Possess strong independent copywriting ability in both Chinese and English.
? Media Relations Skills: Maintain established connections with mainstream media outlets and possess familiarity with standard media operations.
? PR Event Planning and Execution Skills: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the fundamental requirements and processes involved in planning and executing public relations events, supported by relevant experience.
? Data Analysis Skills: Able to analyze data to identify public opinion trends and formulate corresponding response strategies.
