崗位職責(zé):
Scope of Job: The role is to be the LLSHR brand expert and ensure adherence to all branding guidelines. Drive and execute the development of all communication material, including copies, assets and material production. Review the content and assets from all functions, ensuring the branding consistency across all touch points. Support on the planning and execution of the annual brand calendar and seasonal events. Support on the brand value creation with new product / experience evaluation study and brand health performance tracking research.

Main Responsibilities
1, Brand management
To be the LLSHR brand expert and ensure adherence to all branding guidelines:
? Be an expert in brand guidelines and be able to review the assets and content from all functions to ensure brand consistency and compliance in all touch points.
? Drive the brand management process and enhance staff’s awareness of brand approval across the resort by providing brand trainings, promoting the brand approval process and executing always-on brand monitoring.
? Work closely with LBPX team to ensure constant communication and updates on brand guidelines and drive the smooth working of flow of brand approval from LEGO.
? Through continuous brand value and health tracking studies, trace comparable brand awareness, consideration and visit intension, and provide ongoing recommendation as when and how to further improve brand health and value perception
2, Content and Assets Development
Create or closely work with in-house creative teams or agencies for content and assets development:
? Be the owner and expert of the copy creation – good at copy writing and able to ensure all copies are aligned with brand proposition, brand tone & voice and with consistency across time and touch points.
? Lead or support the brand manager on creative material development, i.e. KV, TVC, etc. including brief writing, production timeline management and quality control.
? Manage creative agencies, production house, sign shop and print company and secure the best possible quality and price
? Manage the brand team budget to ensure we deliver our targets within the annual budget.
3, Cross function cooperation
Attend resort-wide marketing and sales functional meetings and support good cross-functional integration in brand campaign, seasonal events, product launches and promotional communication activities:
? Work closely with cross-functional teams, i.e. Retail, F&B, Operations and Hotel to understand and support their needs in communication, including brand review, copy writing, asset creation, and material production & installation.
? Work closely with cross-function to drive cooperation and integration in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, seasonal events, product launches etc.
4, Research and Reports
Do different types of research, analysis and reports to keep the management updated on the external business environment and internal progress:
? Analyzes and tracks the market trend and competitor activities & best practice and collects data to identify current industry trends.
? Lead or support the brand manager on different types of research both qualitative and quantitative to understand the market, consumer, etc. and provide valuable insight to the business.
? Provide regular reports or join regular meetings to update project progress.
5, Health & Safety
HSS at Merlin is the responsibility of all staff, so every employee has a duty to themselves, colleagues and Merlin’s guests to work safely at all times.
This means that you are expected to:
? Follow established safe working practices and controls, use any personal protective equipment they are issued with, and abide by all relevant HSS rules and standards.
? Report immediately any HSS incidents, including unsafe acts or conditions, near-misses and injuries.
? Suggest any ideas you have for HSS improvements to your manager.
? Support Merlin’s measures to improve HSS performance.
? Participate in HSS training, campaigns and initiatives.
? Co-operate with health screening and surveillance as required.
If any employee feels that their HSS concerns have not been properly addressed locally, they should inform the Group HSS team, the Group HSS Director, People department or the Whistleblowing Hotline.

Requirements
? About 3-5 years of brand management, marketing communication or content creation experience.
? Be good at content creation, asset development and project management.
? Ability to think strategically and conceptually, but also down to earth with entrepreneurship and can-do spirit.
? Good interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners and cross-functional peers.
? Experience in a theme park, hotel, resort, destination or attraction is a plus.
? Track record of exceeding commercial targets and objectives.
? Make good presentation PPTs and performance update and reports
? Demonstrated ability to manage multi-tasks effectively and efficiently
? Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
? Language: fluent verbal and written English.
? Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
