? Follow supplier quality management system, e.g. AVL/APL procedure, QSA, quality rating criteria, audit procedure.
? Follow and implement supplier quality strategy.
? Understand Company overall KPI and set up supplier quality target and personal KPI based on SLE manager’ guidance.
New CM supplier/material introduction management – 20%
? Qualify new suppliers, e.g. assessing, audit, selection, verification.
? Deal with the material abnormality, coach supplier to improve, to promote the efficient of new supplier/PN introduction.
? Make order share for new material, to decrease the quality risk.
Supplier routine management – 40%
? Take supplier graded management, material category management, and establish scientific and effective supplier management.
? Implement supplier audit plan according to supplier audit annual plan, including QSA, QPA, supplier’s social & environmental compliance etc. Provide reasonable proposals to suppliers, to enhance supplier quality.
? Evaluate supplier performance, analyze the improvement opportunities, supervise and urge the supplier to improve and upgrade the KPI, in order to get the high-quality raw materials.
? Familiar with supplier PCN agreement and procedure. Require and coach supplier to comply with PCN agreement, train suppliers regularly. Verify and manage material PCN according to PCN procedure, decrease the risk of material change.
