Key Account Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.
2. Conduct regular meetings with key account decision-makers to understand the business needs and goals.
3. Develop customized sales plans and solutions to meet the specific requirements of key accounts.
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
5. Drive revenue growth from key accounts by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
6. Analyze key account data and market trends to identify areas for growth and develop targeted sales strategies.
7. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to introduce new products and promotions to key accounts.
Distributor Management
1. Recruit and manage a network of distributors to expand market reach and increase sales.
2. Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques and distribution strategies.
3. Set sales targets and incentive plan for distributors and monitor their progress regularly.
4. Conduct regular distributor reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Design and implement sales promotions, discounts, and rebates to encourage distributor sales.
6. Resolve any disputes or issues with distributors in a fair and timely manner.
Sales Team Leadership
1. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
2. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
4. Develop sales forecasts and budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve sales targets.
5. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop integrated campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of FMCG sales management experience, with a focus on key account and distributor management.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Experience in the industry or related field is preferred.
